Exchange/Return Policy
We want you to feel confident and comfortable with your purchase! If you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns:
• Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
• Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn bras or intimate apparel, bath or personal hygiene items, lingerie, personal lubricants, body jewelry, hosiery, or items not listed that are otherwise subject to exposure to personal body parts unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• Custom orders are not eligible for exchange, credit or refund unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Non-Returnable Items:
• Custom-made, custom ordered or altered items.
• Clearance or final sale items.
• Gift cards.
• Prosthetics or medical supplies or apparel.
• Bras, Panties, lingerie or other intimates
• Personal hygiene
• Adult Toys or games
Exchanges:
• If you need a different size, style, or color, we’re happy to offer exchanges on qualified merchandise provided it meets the criteria for exchange. Please contact us to confirm availability before returning your item.
Return/exchange Process:
1. Contact us at hello@bambolinasboutique.com or (916)581-6272 to initiate the return and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
2. Ship your item back to us using the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your credit or exchange.
Refunds:
• We do not issue refunds. We do issue store credit with no expiration date.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
• If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 business days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will cover the return shipping and send a replacement whenever possible. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund including shipping fees.
• Custom orders are not refundable.
