Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please allow additional time during holidays or special promotions.  If an item is out of stock, shipping can take up to 3 weeks.  Items purchased that are drop shipped to the buyer from the manufacturer are subject to the manufacturer’s shipping policies.

Custom or special-order items may take longer to ship.

Shipping Rates & Delivery:

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping (3-7 business days)

Expedited Shipping (1-3 business days)

• Flat Rate Priority Shipping (1-3 business days)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Free Shipping:

Free standard shipping is available during promotions, minimum purchase amount is subject to change. Free shipping promotions will be offered at the most economical Shipping rate available at the time, which can result in slower shipping times.  

Shipping Locations:

We currently ship within the United States. If you are located outside of the U.S., please contact us for assistance.

Order Tracking:

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Damaged or Lost Packages:

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 business days of receipt with photos of the damage. Failure to report damages within the policy timeline can result in forfeiture of exchange, refund, or warranty claims.

If your package is lost in transit, reach out to us, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
